User Profile Photos and Custom Personas

Users can now upload a profile photo and configure a custom persona that appears consistently across the application: in conversations, task lists, review headers, comment panels, and the CRT tasking page. Administrators can manage user persona preferences from the Administration page. Persona changes are reflected in real time for all connected users without requiring a page refresh.
