Resolved Issues for v1.2.1

(12149) A GENESYS user with Administrator permission can bypass restrictions in Sidekick defined by their GENESYS Viewer group membership.

Sidekick now blocks access to GENESYS administrators who are also members of the Viewers group with an appropriate warning on login. GENESYS administrators must be part of the Commenters group to access Sidekick.

(12211) Sidekick installer may exit without prompt after installing a pre-requisite.  This may occur when the pre-requisite installation fails due to a version already installed and requesting a reboot because the files are locked.

 The installer will no longer exit unexpectedly and will handle the reboot request appropriately.
