Replicating Tasking Objects from a Shared Task List
This feature expands upon the v1.1 concept of a shared Task List. Instead of having multiple named users assigned the same Task List and owned Tasks, Sidekick allows the replication of such tasking objects into unique assignments for each named user.
Replicated Task Lists and Tasks are initially created with identical attributes as the previously shared assignment (with the exception of “Assignees”). These attributes can be further tailored for each assigned user.
Once the Review is published, the previously shared Task List and Tasks are deleted and replaced by the replicated counterparts. Replicated Tasks are executed individually by the assigned users.
