Task
A Task is a specific piece of work assigned to a specific user to be finished within a certain time. In Sidekick, a Task acts as namespace for concepts specific to and used in such Task: attributes of the Task and Conversations in the case of Model Review Task.
A logically grouped set of related Tasks comprises a Task List.
Model Review Task and Comment Resolution Task
There are two types of tasks in v1.0: Model Review Task and Comment Resolution Task.
Model Review Task (MRT) is a type of Task which is assigned to a user to direct user to access and review a specific GENESYS review object (entity-centric view, properties view, table view, matrix view). The Task also acts as the reviewer's access point to Originating Comments on and Conversations about the assigned review object and other entities or attributes related to such object. MRTs are created at the creation of the owning review.
Comment Resolution Task (CRT) is a type of Task which is assigned to a user to direct user to resolve a specific Originating Comment. The Task acts as the resolver's access point to the assigned Originating Comment and its owning Conversation. CRTs are automatically created with the assignment of comment resolution roles.
