System Settings

A user, when provided with Administrator’s privileges, may adjust the following system settings on the Administrative page:

  • GENESYS server location if different than specified at installation

  • Purge event records to clean up the database or reset faulty notifications

  • Terminate Sidekick sessions as necessary

  • Enable Review Object updates for Reviews in Accepting Comments state

  • Push closed Review’s data to GENESYS

  • Enter or edit organization information.
