Administrator

An Administrator is a user who does not use Sidekick to conduct or participate in a Review but only interacts with the tool to ensure other users operate smoothly and efficiently in it. An Administrator may perform the following actions in Sidekick:

• Set GENESYS server location

• Purge event records and reset notifications

• Terminate a faulty session

• Enter organization information

• Limited deputized actions on behalf of Review Owners or Leads.

An Administrator will require Administrator’s privileges as specified in GENESYS Users and Groups.
