Administrator
An Administrator is a user who does not use Sidekick to conduct or participate in a Review but only interacts with GENESYS and Sidekick to ensure other users operate smoothly and efficiently in it. An Administrator may perform the following actions in Sidekick
Set GENESYS server location
Purge event records to reset notifications
Terminate an active session
Enter organization information
Deputized actions on behalf of Review Owners or Leads
To be an Administrator, the user will require Administrator’s privileges as specified in GENESYS Users and Groups.
